Clinics are being held at Priory Medical Centre. All clinics will be appointment only. We will not be running any walk in clinics so please ensure you have booked an appointment prior to arriving.
As we are currently working through the Covid-19 pandemic, the flu clinics will be ran slightly differently this year. Please ensure you read the following information fully and adhere to this new information.
DO NOT ATTEND FOR YOUR FLU VACCINATION IF YOU HAVE A TEMPERATURE, COUGH, LOSS OF SMELL OR TASTE AND/OR ARE FEELING UNWELL.
When you arrive at the surgery:
To help us with the smooth running of clinics, please do not attend earlier than your appointment as this will result in crowding and reduced social distancing.
Priory Medical Centre carpark will not be available to park in, instead we ask you to park in the council carpark which currently allows free parking.
Please wear a short sleeved top/shirt to your appointment. This will make it easier and quicker for you to be vaccinated.
You will be required to wear a face covering at all times.
You will need to adhere to social distancing at all times, including when queuing for your flu vaccination. There will be markers to help with this.
Vaccinating stations inside the building will be set up so you do not need to fully enter the clinical rooms. This allows us to lower the risk of transmission.
There will be a one way system in place. You must adhere to this.
It is important that you attend for your flu vaccine. Please be assured we have put the measures above in place for your safety.
If you are housebound and require a home visit but did not have a home visit last year please inform us on 01926 293711. If nothing has changed since last year then you do not need to contact us. We will be in touch to let you know when we plan to do your home visit.
Should you wish to decline a flu vaccination this year, you will have been required to reply to the text message you were sent prior to this letter. If you did not receive the text message please contact us.
