Priory Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our friendly, skilled and supportive Nursing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward‑thinking GP practice that puts high‑quality patient care at the heart of everything we do.
About Us
We are a well‑established GP partnership in the centre of Warwick, caring for a diverse population of around 19,000 patients. Our team includes 5GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, HCAs and a strong administrative team. We are also a recognised training practice, regularly hosting GP Registrars and other learners as part of our commitment to education and development.
In 2021, we moved into our modern, purpose‑built main surgery—an energy‑efficient building designed to support excellent clinical care. We also operate a branch site at 1 Brese Avenue, Woodloes Park, CV34 5TS ensuring accessible services for our wider community.

About the Role
As a Practice Nurse at PMC, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality nursing care. Your work will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities that may include:
- Cervical cytology
- Wound and ulcer care, including Doppler
- Travel health and vaccinations
- Asthma reviews, peak flow and spirometry
- Childhood immunisations
- Supporting minor surgery and coil fittings
- Long‑term condition management (e.g., diabetes, CHD)
- Health promotion and preventative care
You’ll work within a supportive clinical team, following evidence‑based protocols and contributing to safeguarding, patient education and proactive care.
