Gill Navein (f)
Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Nurse)

Gill is a nurse who has completed a Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice & is known as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Nurse) or ACP/ANP.

An ANP has diagnostic authority and is trusted to assess, diagnose, manage, and care for patients with complex clinical issues. This includes requesting, reviewing and managing appropriate test results (Bloods, Imaging & others). ANP's can also prescribe medications to patients who require these.

Gill also consults on actue minor illness, medication reviews and family planning, whilst also conducting Chronic Disease reviews such as Dementia Reviews & Diabetes Reviews.

Finally, Gill has a special interest in Anticoagulation and works with our Anticoagulation team to assist our patients.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Helen is a nurse who has completed various different courses to enable her to act as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or ANP.

An ANP has diagnostic authority and is trusted to assess, diagnose, manage, and care for patients with complex clinical issues. This includes requesting, reviewing and managing appropriate test results (Bloods, Imaging & others). ANP's can also prescribe medications to patients who require these.

Helen also consults on actue minor illness, medication reviews, family planning & ring pessary fitting, whilst also conducting Chronic Disease reviews such as Dementia Reviews, Diabetes Reviews, Asthma Reviews and COPD Reviews.

Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Nurse)

Practice Nurse

Jenna Davidson is a Practice Nurse at Priory Medical Centre, bringing over 15 years’ nursing experience. She has specialist training in diabetes care and joined the practice after working in Secondary Care as a Neonatal Nurse.

Jenna provides a wide range of care to support patients of all ages. She runs childhood vaccination clinics, women’s health clinics including Cervical Screening Tests, travel vaccination clinics, and conducts our Learning Disability Health Checks for eligible patients.

She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care, helping patients manage their health and wellbeing with confidence and reassurance.

Community Frailty Nurse

Clara Brennan is an experience nurse and is currently a Community Frailty Nurse at Warwick Hospital, with with Priory Medical Centre in the community.

She is a qualified nurse prescriber and an expert in frailty and palliative care, working closely with both Primary and Secondary Care colleagues to ensure patients receive the most appropriate and effective treatment.

Clara is dedicated to supporting patients with complex health needs, providing compassionate, personalised care that helps maintain quality of life and wellbeing. Her role is key in coordinating care for those living with frailty or serious illness, ensuring patients and their families feel supported at every stage.

Carla Pendlebury is an experience nurse and is currently a Community Frailty Nurse with Priory Medical Centre.

Practice Nurse

Qusai Helo is a Practice Nurse at Priory Medical Centre with over 10 years’ nursing experience. He joined the practice from a previous role in Secondary Care and is currently undertaking specialist training in Asthma and COPD management, as well as advanced training in Health Assessment.

Qusai provides a wide range of nursing care, supporting patients with long-term conditions, vaccinations, and health checks. He is passionate about helping patients manage their health confidently and delivering care that is compassionate, personalised, and easy to understand.

Isobel Garside is a Practice Nurse at Priory Medical Centre, bringing over 10 years’ nursing experience. She has specialist training in diabetes care and joined the practice after working in Secondary Care.

Clinical Pharmacist

Bhumisha is our Advanced Clinical Pharmacist at Priory Medical Centre. She has over 20 years’ experience as a pharmacist, gained across both community pharmacy and primary care, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Bhumisha works closely with patients to ensure their medicines are safe, effective, and tailored to their individual needs. Her role includes carrying out medication reviews, supporting patients with long-term conditions, and providing expert advice on prescriptions and treatments. She has a keen interest in Heart Failure and has recently gained further experience in this area, further strengthening the support we can offer patients with cardiovascular conditions.

Robert Massey-Ellis (m)
Executive Director

Robert is the Executive Director at Priory Medical Centre, responsible for leading the strategic direction and overall management of the practice. He works closely with the Partners and wider team to ensure the practice delivers high-quality, patient-centred care while also developing services to meet the needs of the local community.

With over 20 years’ experience in healthcare management across both civilian and military environments, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise to the role. He also has extensive multi-sector management experience, having served at Director of Operations level within the charity & private sectors. Robert is passionate about building a supportive, forward-thinking workplace where staff and patients alike can thrive.

Vicki is our Operations Manager at Priory Medical Centre, responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice. Training practice

At Priory Medical Centre, we are proud to be a recognised training practice committed to supporting the development of the next generation of healthcare professionals. We regularly host GP Registrars, medical students, and other healthcare trainees as part of their professional education and training.

All trainees working within our practice are fully supervised by experienced clinicians and have access to senior staff members at all times. They are encouraged to ask questions, seek guidance, and escalate any clinical concerns immediately, ensuring patient safety and high standards of care are maintained throughout.
