Do we have your updated contact details – Royal Mail price rises

The Royal Mail are due to increase the prices of a First Class stamp from April 2025, which means that it would cost Priory Medical Centre an extra £0.57p per letter sent. If Priory Medical Centre were to send a First Class letter to every registered patient, it would cost an EXTRA £10,830 per mailing based on these cost increases!!

Luckily most patients have registered with an email address or a mobile number which allows us to communicate with them either free of charge (via email) or at minimal costs (via text messages). This patients are also able to communicate with us more efficiently and in a more cost effective way for both parties.

We are asking for all patients who do not have a mobile number and/or email address recorded with us to provide these details to us so we can communicate with you in an efficient way. Any communication with you will be in line with GDPR and your contact details will only be used for the purposes of us providing medical services to you.

Patients who would like to update their contact details can do so either on the NHS App, or by filling out a form on our website. More information can be found here – Change of Personal Details – Priory Medical Centre
