About Forget Me Not
Forget Me Not is a relaxed and supportive group designed for those living with dementia, their carers, and anyone seeking companionship and understanding. The group offers a safe and welcoming environment where you can enjoy a cup of tea, share experiences, and access additional support.
When and Where?
Our group meets on the first Tuesday of each month at the Chase Meadow Community Centre, located at Narrow Hall Meadow, Warwick, CV34 6BT. The session runs from 10am to 12pm, and everyone is welcome to join us.
What to Expect
During our gatherings, you can enjoy:
- Friendly conversation and social interaction
- Opportunities to share experiences in a safe and supportive environment
- Information and resources to help those affected by dementia
- A warm cup of tea and a chance to relax
